The main goal of a SWOT analysis is to help make informed decisions by identifying key internal and external factors affecting a particular situation. By understanding these factors, entities can develop strategies to capitalize on strengths, address weaknesses, take advantage of opportunities, and mitigate threats. SWOT analyses are commonly used in business planning, marketing, project management, and other strategic decision-making processes.
